1. Returns

We accept returns within 07 day of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.
